The challenge is undertaken solely at our own discretion, and Marriott or any of it's affiliated entities are not responsible for any aspect of our adventure, including planning, execution, travel arrangements, costs, or outcomes.

Participation in the Edition Challenge is voluntary and comes with an acknowledgment that Marriott or any of it's affiliated entities bears no liability or responsibility for any consequences, experiences, or circumstances that arise during the course of this challenge. We expressly understand and agree that our adventure is entirely self-directed and unrelated to any official initiatives of Marriott or the EDITION hotels.

By participating in the Edition Challenge, we release the EDITION hotel and Marriott, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from our participation, travel, interactions, or any related matters. We understand that this challenge is a personal endeavor and we assume all risks associated with it.
